We do not offer free shipping options in our Etsy shop.

Through shop.emeralderin.com we offer shipping to Canada, USA, and Switzerland.
Through Etsy we currently ship to: Canada, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.
*Due to the new 2022 EPR regulations we are not able to ship to France or Germany. Apologies for any inconvenience.
USA & Canada: There will be no duties or customs fees on your order.
International: Depending on the country there may be additional duties or customs fees. We are not responsible for extra charges of duties or taxes on your delivery.
Yes, all shipping includes tracking, a tracking number will be included with your shipping confirmation email.
Canada: Order processing between 0-3 days. Delivery estimate: Local: 2 days, Regional: 5 days, National: 8 days. Shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
USA: Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays. Delivery estimate between 3-5 days. Shipped with USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
International: Order processing between 0-3 days. Estimated 6-10 business day delivery with Canada Post Tracked packet international.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
No, all sales are final. Please take care when ordering and ensure you have read the listing and listing options.
If your order has not yet shipped it can be cancelled. Once items are sent out, they can no longer be cancelled. You will receive a tracked shipping notification by email. Depending on the time of week order processing can take between 0-6 days.
If any items in your order have been missed or damaged, please reach out within 60 days of delivery to email@example.com and we will send a replacement.

Sizing & Size Ranges
We recommend taking your measurements and using the sizing guide to find your size (https://shop.emeralderin.com/pages/bra-sizing-guide).
Different companies use different sizing methods, so you may be a different size in my patterns than you are in other patterns.
We use UK sizing, however we always recommend you check your measurements with our sizing guide to ensure the best fit.

Local pickup is available, orders must be completed through shop.emeralderin.com (not Etsy), select local pick-up at checkout.
