Tariff Information for US Customers

The situation around tariffs in the USA is very dynamic and changing, but this is what we know so far and how it impacts your orders from our Canadian shop. Updated Nov 26th 2025. 

 

We now offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping for US customers.

This means that tariffs will appear in your cart on eligible products, and the full cost of your order including items, tariffs, duties and shipping will all show in your cart upfront. You will not pay any additional charges at delivery. 

The tariff charges on your order are paid to US Customs and Border Protection, and are import tariffs that the US government requires to import products to the USA. These tariffs vary by product and by the country where the products originate. 

The app that we use to apply tariffs relies on your location to apply tariffs and sometimes there are glitches in the system. If the required tariffs are not properly added to your cart we will contact you to let you know and create an invoice to collect the tariffs, we are not able to cover the costs of tariffs. 

 

To know what products are subject to this tariff, add them to your cart and indicate your location, the tariff will automatically apply. We have also included the country of origin in each listing on our website and you can refer to the list below to see where all our products are made:
